Planning Considerations
- Most Valley neighborhoods, including Chatsworth, Northridge, Van Nuys and North Hollywood, are inside the City of Los Angeles, where the Los Angeles Fire Department is the fire authority.
- Neighboring cities such as Burbank and Glendale run their own fire departments, so confirm the agency for your address before a fire watch begins.
- Valley sites range from business parks and retail centers to multifamily communities and active construction; each scope is reviewed by phone before service is confirmed.
Capabilities Available
Each capability is scoped to the site. Our team discusses post duties, coverage hours and reporting before service is confirmed.
- Armed & Unarmed Security — standing officers for access control, observation and incident reporting.
- Mobile Patrol — marked vehicle patrols with GPS tracking for accountability and proof of patrol.
- Fire Watch — emergency fire watch with detailed logs while protection systems are impaired.
- Construction Security — coverage for changing perimeters, materials and equipment.
- Commercial Security — officers and patrols for offices, retail and mixed-use properties.
